National Collections Manager.

Giridhar Vellore is the National Collections Manager of IKF Home Finance, He is responsible for managing the collections vertical of the company.
Giridhar comes with over 20years of experience in Risk Management and Collections. He has previously associated with reputed companies like Fullerton India, American Express and SBI Cards, he comes with a vast experience within the finance industry, he specialises in leveraging technology, usage of innovative collection model, scorecards to suit organisation goals. He is a MBA – Finance Graduate from Madras University.

OPS HEAD.

R.Venugopal comes to us with more than 20+ years of experience . He has earlier worked with Avanse , Axis , HDFC , ICICI , L&T and BASIX. He brings experience and proven track record of success in retail asset vertical with banks and NBFC’s in operations and business re-engineering.
R.Venugopal has master’s degree in MBA( MIS) from kakatiya university and Executive certificate programme in “ Operations Management and Six Sigma” from IIM –raipur.

Human Resources.

Sayantan Goswami, Lead – Human Resources, holds a First Class Degree in Human Resources Management from IISWBM, Kolkata. He has rich experience of more than 14 years in multiple facets of Human Resources Management and has been associated with varied industries like Hospitality, Finance etc. He previously handled responsible leadership positions with notable organizations like Kingfisher Airlines, Magma Fincorp Limited (currently Poonawala Fincorp), SREI BNP Paribas, and HDB Financial Services. His last assignment was with Dana Airlines Limited, a domestic airlines based in Lagos, Nigeria where he successfully spearheaded HR and Administration functions.

AVP Finance and Accounts.

Teja N is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession and has nearly 7 years of post-qualification experience in finance, treasury and compliance functions. Before joining the Company.

Teja held the position of AVP – Finance in Spandana Sphoorty. In the past he has been associated with Karvy, TCS and Deloitte.

Vishal Joshi – Company Secretary

Vishal Joshi is an Associate company Secretary, who also hold master’s in Commerce and Bachelors in Law, He has 4 years of experience  in the field of Secretarial Compliance & Corporate Governance. During his career he was associated with a Group of Infrastructure companies with 20 Subsidiaries having turnover of 4000+ Crores.

Vishal was instrumental in handling the entire secretarial compliance of the Group Companies.

AVP – Credit (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Tamil Nadu).

Mohan Naidu has 20+ years of proven experience in credit underwriting of Home Loans, Mortgage Loans.

Mohan has worked with several banks and financial services companies including Citi Bank Shelters, Standard Charted Bank, ING Vysya Bank, DHFL, IIFL and SBFC (Small Business Fin Credit Pvt.Ltd.).

He worked with SBFC – Small Business Fin Credit Pvt.Ltd (formerly known as Karvy Financial Services Ltd) as Location Credit Head in his last assignment. He has an MBA.

AVP – Credit (Maharashtra & Gujarat).

Manoj Bhaskaran has 20+ years of experience in business expansion, credit, sales, operation and collection of Home loan, Mortgage loan, PL and consumer loan.

Manoj has worked with HFC, Financial services and Banks including Ge, Au financiers, Fullerton, Indiabulls and Ujjivan Small finance bank.

Manoj worked as an RBM and NCM with Ujjivan small finance in his last assignment.
