Our visionary leader behind IKF, Mr. V.G.K. Prasad, our Founder and Director. With a legacy dating back to 1991, he is a true veteran in the field of Vehicle Finance. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry have earned him a prominent place in the sector.
Mr. Prasad’s commitment to excellence extends beyond IKF. He has served as the President of the Krishna District Auto Financiers Association and held the prestigious position of President at the Federation of Indian Hire Purchase Associations (FIHPA), further showcasing his leadership and influence in the industry.
In addition to steering IKF to success, Mr. Prasad has also forged strategic partnerships with industry giants such as BHPC (Bureau of Hire Purchase and Credit) of TELCO, HDFC Bank, Sundaram Finance, and many more. His ability to foster such collaborations demonstrates his knack for building strong industry connections.

She is daughter of our esteemed Founder, V.G.K. Prasad. With a decade of dedicated service to the IKF Group, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a relentless passion for excellence to her role.
A Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate, Vasantha Lakshmi’s journey in the corporate world began with a prominent administrative role in a leading US pharmacy chain. Her experience in managing operations and teams has been invaluable in shaping her leadership capabilities.
In her initial years with IKF Finance Ltd, she assumed responsibility for overseeing operations in Western India. During her tenure, she not only expanded our branch network across the region but also demonstrated exceptional skill in managing our workforce. This led to enhanced operational efficiency and contributed significantly to our business growth.
In 2017, Vasantha Lakshmi transitioned seamlessly to IKF Home Finance Limited, where she has continued to shine as the Managing Director. Under her visionary leadership, our Assets Under Management (AUM) soared past 500 crores in 2022, reaching an impressive 800 crores. Her strategic acumen and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in expanding our branch network and strengthening our workforce.

MS.Vasumathi Devi Koganti
Ms. Vasumathi, a prominent figure in the leadership team of IKF Finance and the daughter of our esteemed Founder, V.G.K. Prasad. With an impressive 15-year tenure with IKF Finance, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
Before joining IKF Finance, Ms. Vasumathi had an illustrious career in IT and Telecommunications spanning over a decade in the USA. Her background in this dynamic field has enriched her leadership capabilities and brought a global perspective to her role.
As the director overseeing the overall Vehicle Financing business, Ms. Vasumathi plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s credit policies, technological advancements, and system enhancements. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of this vital segment.
One of Ms. Vasumathi’s remarkable achievements was spearheading the expansion of IKF into Western and Central India. Her strategic vision and execution skills led to the company’s successful presence in these regions. Additionally, she played a crucial role in upgrading our IT infrastructure and automating various critical processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Ms. Vasumathi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA in Global Management from the USA. Her diverse educational background, coupled with her extensive industry experience, makes her an invaluable asset to the IKF Finance team.

Mr. Radhey Shyam Garg
Mr. Radhey Shyam Garg, a distinguished Independent Director on our board. With a career spanning diverse sectors, his invaluable contributions and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our organization.Mr. Garg’s journey in the legal field began with his practice at the esteemed Delhi High Court, where he honed his skills and built a solid foundation in law until July 1983. Following this, he ventured into the corporate world and joined the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) as a Law Officer, where he served with distinction until 1989.
In February 1989, Mr. Garg embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining the National Housing Bank (NHB) as a Manager. His exceptional capabilities and dedication led to a series of key positions within NHB, culminating in his appointment as Executive Director in November 2011. He continued to serve NHB with distinction until his well-deserved superannuation in April 2017.
Presently, Mr. Garg has returned to his roots as a practicing Advocate at the Delhi High Court, bringing a wealth of legal expertise to his role. Additionally, he serves as a corporate consultant in the domain of mortgage finance, sharing his insights and knowledge with the industry.
Notably, Mr. Garg is the founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Pioneer Housing Finance Academy, reflecting his commitment to nurturing talent and excellence in the field of housing finance.
His multifaceted career journey, encompassing legal practice, banking, and advocacy, has made Mr. Radhey Shyam Garg a valuable asset to our organization. His extensive experience and deep industry insights continue to guide us towards success and excellence.

He served as the President of the Andhra Pradesh Asset Finance Association in Vijayawada, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the industry at the regional level.
His commitment to the sector also extended to the national stage, where he served as a Governing Council Member and Treasurer of the Federation of Indian Hire Purchase Association, reflecting his dedication to the broader industry’s growth and development.
Beyond his contributions to the financial sector, Mr. Vankineni has been deeply involved in the field of education. He served as the Past Correspondent of Sir C.R. Reddy Educational Institutions in Eluru, showcasing his commitment to nurturing future generations.

Executive Director and CEO
Mr. Aryendra Kumar is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry. His extensive background encompasses a wide range of retail banking products, both secured and unsecured lending offerings. Additionally, he has a proven track record in the IT service sector, successfully managing large portfolios in Mortgage finance, spanning both rural and urban areas. Mr. Kumar’s expertise extends to Affordable housing finance, Retail Housing Finance, Construction Finance, Business Analysis, IT Domain related to consumer finance, and Human Resource Management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Aryendra Kumar has held senior management positions at various banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), and financial services firms, including NCML Finance Pvt. Ltd, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd, Tech Mahindra, and Citibank NA. His international exposure includes work in Denmark and the UK, and he has extensively travelled to other countries during his previous assignments.
Mr. Kumar joined IKFHFL in its early stages, playing a pivotal role in its growth. He initiated the recruitment of a senior team and kickstarted business operations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Subsequently, he expanded the company’s footprint to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Under his leadership, the company has achieved an impressive 800 Crore Assets Under Management (AUM) with minimal delinquency rates, showcasing his exceptional skills and strategic vision.
Chief Operating Officer
With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the mortgage industry, Sridhar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His diverse experience covers crucial areas such as sales, business development, credit management, collections, and strategic planning.Sridhar’s journey in the financial sector has been marked by his association with renowned organizations, including GE Money, Tata Capital Housing, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Navi, and several others. These experiences have honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the intricacies of the mortgage industry.
Notably, during his tenure at Navi, Sridhar led the development of a groundbreaking digital platform. This platform was designed to streamline loan origination processes, making them paperless, frictionless, and entirely automated. His focus on enhancing customer convenience set a new standard in the industry.
At Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Sridhar demonstrated his remarkable capabilities by establishing and expanding the credit vertical for affordable housing finance and MSME. This accomplishment underscores his expertise in building and scaling successful affordable housing businesses.

His extensive experience in credit underwriting and risk management encompasses a diverse portfolio, including Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Gold Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, and Health Care Equipment Loans. Lakshmi Kanth’s proven track record in these domains reflects his deep understanding of the financial landscape and his ability to navigate complex challenges.
Throughout his career, Lakshmi Kanth has made meaningful contributions to various Banks and Financial Services companies. His journey includes significant roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Karvy, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd, and Reliance Capital, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable industry insights.In his previous role as Area Credit Manager for Karnataka at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Lakshmi Kanth demonstrated his leadership and management capabilities by overseeing and managing credit operations in a key region.

He is a distinguished finance professional with a remarkable career spanning more than 14 years. Aravind is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant, and his extensive expertise covers a wide spectrum of financial domains. In his previous role at Sundaram Finance Limited, Aravind showcased his financial prowess and strategic acumen. Prior to that, he made significant contributions at Belstar Investment and Finance Private Limited, HDFC Sales Private Limited, and as an audit partner at Dhayanidhi & Co.
One of Aravind’s notable achievements is his extensive audit experience, which includes conducting audits for various TVS Group of Companies, such as Brakes India, Wheels India, and Turbo Energy. His audit portfolio extends to several other esteemed organizations, including NLC, Symrise Pvt Ltd, Schwing Stetter India, Taj Group, Tata Tea Estates, and Reliance Communications.
Aravind’s expertise encompasses a wide range of financial disciplines, including Audit, Accounts, Compliance, Credit Underwriting of Home Loans, Management Information Systems (MIS), Treasury, and Taxation.
